The First Lady also made a kind donation of 8,000 iron sheets, 1,000 mattresses, 200 blankets, and 50 boxes of washing soap.
This in addition to 600 bags of beans and 520 bags of maize.
Governor Wisley Rotich thanked the First Lady for her motherly concern to the victims and her generous support to them.
She was accompanied by CSs Kipchumba Murkomen, Geoffrey Ruku, Davis Chirchir and Nandi Governor Stephen Sang.
Also present were Deputy Governors Prof.Grace Cheserek ( Elgeyo Marakwet), Dr. Yulita Cheruiyot( Nandi), Senator William Kisang, Woman Rep Caroline Ng’elechei, Mps Kangogo Bowen(Marakwet East) Adams Kipsanai (Keiyo North) MCAs and other officials.
