Today, a team led by our County Secretary, Mr. Lazarus Chebii and Area MCA Christopher Cheboiboch, coordinated the distribution of essential relief items to families affected by the recent incidents in Kipkenda.
So far, 11 households have been safely relocated to more secure areas as part of our ongoing response efforts.
In Kewaptong, within Kaptum Sub-location, we have also observed early signs of ground cracking.
We urge residents to remain vigilant and, where necessary, move to safer locations as we continue to assess the situation and work toward a lasting solution.
