The Department of Gender and Social Development has distributed at least 900 chicks in Soy South Electoral Ward.
Three identified groups collected their share during the exercise presided over by Chief Officer Ms. Lilly Kimetto.
According to the official, the initiative is intended to enable the beneficiaries enhance their livelihoods.
