H.E Governor Wisley Rotich today signed the Financial Year 2025/26 Performance Contracts with top level County managers.
It marked the official commencement of the County Integrated Performance Management implementation cycle.
The Governor called upon the County Executive Committee Members, Chief Officers, Directors and other managers to ensure that the negotiated targets for the Financial Year are achieved.
“The purpose of Performance Contracts is not just for compliance, but to enhance service delivery, accountability and efficiency across all levels of the County Government,” he added.
The signing ceremony held at ICRH Hall was attended by Deputy Governor Prof. Grace Cheserek, County Secretary Lazarus Chebii, County Public Service Board Ag. Chairman Samuel Chepkole, CECs, COs, Directors and Managers of County Corporations
