H.E Governor Wisley Rotich has played host to President William Samoei Ruto during the commissioning of 200,000m cubic Yokot multipurpose and Etio dams in Kamariny Ward.
The two dams will lead to the transformation of livelihoods in Kipsoen, Kapteren and parts of hanging valley and Kerio Valley through irrigated agriculture.
This will support Governor Wisley’s wealth creation strategy.
