More than 80 visually impaired patients in Kerio valley have been attended to in the past one week.
The eye sight restoration exercise is carried out by a team of doctors from Sabatia Eye Hospital and Iten eye unit
Ophthalmologists and other medical personnel pitched camp at Kabulwo Health Centre in lower Emsoo Ward for a free cataract surgery, which began on Sunday.
“We have successfully restored eyesight of more than 80 patients who have been struggling with visual impairment. I would also like to thank Sabatia Eye Hospital the Operation Eyesight International for their partnership,” said Medical Health Chief Officer Jeremiah Chirchir
