Following the tragedy at Chebloch gorge that led to the drowning of Rodgers Kiplimo, Governor Wisely Rotich dispatched a team led by the Deputy Governor Prof. Grace Cheserek to visit the community and family to plan an intensive search program.
The Governor called on the youth from Soy North in EMC and nearby Baringo to congregate at the bridge today to commence an intensive search for the victim.
“I will provide lunch to the volunteers while the county will provide vehicles to move volunteers closer to search areas,” the Governor said.
He appreciated the local divers who have been courageously doing the uncoordinated search.
“We pray for the family as we continue with the search,”said Rotich
