Education and Technical Training CEC Mr. Edwin Kibor held a consultatitive meeting with representatives from Pokot Heritage Foundation who will be sponsoring student from Elgeyo Marakwet in various technical training colleges.
The Foundation will cover 100% school fees while parents will pay examination fee and upkeep.
Diverse courses, ranging from building technology, electrical and electronics, business studies, computing and informatics, mechanical engineering, health sciences,liberal, applied sciences, agriculture, and environmental sciences will be covered.
Applications will be conducted at the ward level.
Present was director of the foundation Ms. Kevinna Loyatum , and technical team from the foundation, COs Paul Ruto, Lily Kimetto and other county staff
