The Boroko Water Project is expanding access to clean water in Kipchumwa location, Embobut Embolot Ward.
New water stands have been established at Boroko Catholic Church, Boroko Centre, Boroko Primary School, and Cheman Centre.
Area Ward Administrator Viola Kimosop said the installation of the stands is a remarkable milestone that will provide the community with clean and reliable water.
Governor Wisley Rotich said the progress was part of an ongoing last mile water connectivity program to the previously neglected remote areas of the County.
“Devolution is nowadays changing the story in the villages. One project, one village,one community ,one county. This is transforming lives by restoring dignity.” the Governor said.
