Farmers in Sambirir Ward today benefited with 77 toggenburg dairy goats supplied under the Emergency Locust Response Program (ELRP).
The Swiss breed dairy goats famed for it’s high production of milk were distributed to the beneficiary groups that comprise women, youth and People Living with Disabilities PWDs.
The exercise which took place at Chesoi centre was presided over by area Ward Administrator Sammy Cheserek and staff from Agriculture and livestock departments.
