The Department of Public Service, Administration, Devolution, ICT, Communications & E-Governance today cascaded performance contracts to the departmental directorates.
The Department CECM, Mr. Edwin Seronei, signed contracts with Chief Officers Charity Kimaiyo (Administration) and Daniel Kimutai (ICT & Communications).
The Chief Officers further signed PCs with Directors George Kimaiyo (ICT), David Kandie (Alcoholics Drinks Control), Vincent Bartoo (Communications), Peninah Komen (HR) and Wilfred Chepkole (Administration).
CEC Seronei urged all directorates to rally their teams to jointly implement all targets set for the financial year.
Present at the signing ceremony held at ICRH Hall were departmental officers drawn from all the directorates.
