Governor Wisley Rotich kicked off his development tour of Soy North Ward Tuesday morning at Kapkutung Village in Sego Sub location.
The Governor said he was impressed to witness how availability of water has transformed Kelvin Kipkoech’s farm through irrigated agriculture which earns him an average of Sh300 daily.
Present include area MCA Simon Chepseba and county staff.
