The Iten Water and Sewerage Company (ITWASCO) LTD has embarked on the process of forming a new Board of Directors, with a stakeholders’ engagement meeting held today to nominate a selection panel committee.
The committee, comprising representatives from the 6 service zones – Tambach, Mororia, Amani, Kapshoo, Katalel, and Kamariny – will steer the selection process in consultation with the county government.
Speaking during the meeting, officials emphasized the importance of public participation in ensuring transparency and representation. “This is a critical process, and we urge all stakeholders to participate and contribute to the selection of a new board that will drive ITWASCO LTD’s future endeavors,” said CECm Jason Lagat.
Applications for BODs is on and deadline is 8th April 2026 where the selection panel will conduct interviews to ensure a fair and accountable process. The new board is expected to play a vital role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and operations
