The County Public Service Board (CPSB) today hosted a senior level management training session at Iten Vocational Centre, aimed at enhancing the skills of public service officers.
The training is designed to equip officers with technical knowledge on effective departmental management, enabling them to better serve the community. The initiative reflects the CPSB’s commitment to improving public service delivery in the county.
According to Christine Ngeno, the Secretary to board, urged officers to uphold high level of integrity and objective in each day activities.
She further called upon use of resources prudently.
Officers are expected to apply the skills gained from the training to improve their performance and contribute to the county’s development goals.
