The Department of Sports, Youth Affairs, Culture, Children and Social Services, led by CECM Mr. Michael Kibiwott, today successfully cascaded performance contracts to its directorates.
During the exercise, CECM Mr. Kibiwott signed performance contracts with the Chief Officer, Ms. Lilly Kimetto, who in turn signed contracts with the Director, Mr. Silas Kiplagat.
In his remarks, Mr. Kibiwott emphasized the importance of teamwork and accountability, urging all directorates to align their efforts with the department’s objectives and to ensure the effective implementation of all set targets.
The signing ceremony was attended by departmental officers.
