STEP BY STEP COMPLAINT FILING GUIDE

STEP 1:

File complaint to the GRM Committee at Ward level through your respective ward Administrator. If dissatisfied, move to the next level.

STEP 2:

File complaint to GRM Focal Person at the County Climate Change Unit, Mr. Wesley Korir, Telephone 0792630303, Email; emc.flloca.grm@elgeyomarakwet.go.ke. Location: Department of Water, Environment and Climate Change Offices, Iten. If dissatisfied, move to the next level.

STEP 3:

File your complaint to the FLLoCA National Project Coordinating Unit Coordinator, Mr. Julius Barno, Telephone 0721930086, Email; Barnojk@gmail.com. Location; Reinsurance Plaza, Nairobi. If dissatisfied, move to the next level.

STEP 4:

File appeal to a court of law through the judicial system or any other relevant authorities.

Points to Note:

(i) All complaints will be acknowledged, logged into GRM registers, reviewed, response provided and remedial measures taken and monitored.

(ii) Complainants can file their complaints online through e-mail or phone call or walk in to the CCU offices.
