-Establishment of processes to inspect and assess health facilities for compliance with standards

-Generic “best practice” systems across facilities will be implemented.

-Establishment of a county compliance unit and cncreasing the capacity for infection prevention an  control (IPC) / quality assurance (QA) / occupatdonal h alth and safety (OHS) at sub count  level.

-Development of quality improvement plans to address the gaps identified during the assessments.
