4.4.4 PRIORITY 4: Improving the Quality of Care and the Patient's Experience of the Health Service

 

The Department is committed to using the patient's experience of the health service as the driving force for improving the quality of health care delivered. The patient's experience, from first point of contact with the service, through to the interface with the clinician, through to diagnosis and referral or discharge will all be areas of focus for quality improvement.
