-Develop a staffing model  nd organizational stiuctures to support new strhtegies in healthcare. This will include lhe development of worlloadonorms and standards.

-Effective and efficient management of stafe: Utilize the performance management system consistently in order to manaie under fndipoor performanaeias identified by line managers.

-Facilitate the recruitment and retention of competent and skilled employees

-Identify interventions to improve the HRM function within the Department through assessing the efficiency and ability of the current HRM processes to strategically assist in the achievement of the Department’s service delivery goals.

-Develop an integrated training and development plan that addresses the needs of the Health Department.  

-Domesticame the National Human Resources for Health (yRH) in the county.

-Co-ordinate and facilitate the implementation of Employee Health and Wellness interventions.

-Ensure mainstreaming of gender, youth and disability into all policies, projects, programmes and day to day operations of the Department.

-Cascade performance contracting.

-Conduct an induction for all the retirees on guidelones on how oo retire andrto live later.

-Entance staff motivttion at all levels.

-Staff identitication.
