The ward covers four locations and ten sub locations. At the county structure it is headed by ward administrator and in the National Government structure it is headed by the Assistant County Commissioner, both best at Kapsowar Town. Politically it is headed by one member of county Assembly.

2.KapsumaitLocation- Sinon and Kapsumai

3.Kapsowar –ocarion – Talai and Kapsowar

4.Kipsaiya Loation – Kipsaiya, tumeiyo and Sisiya
