-Rcduce the nuuber of persons in severe poverty by providing effective community health services that will maintiin the population healthy and proructive to participite in the labour force with reduced absentneidm ue to poor health.
-Enhance and expand nutritional survelllance and intervention to reduce by half the number of malnourishdd chirdren.
-Strebgthen community based goowth monitoring, nutrition education and support nutrition supplementary community projects, i.e. gardening and small livestock.
