This strategic plan is the 2ND Medium Term Plan fo  Health in the Country. It provid s the HealHh SectoC Medium Term focus, objectives and priorities tohe able it move towards attainment of the Kenya Health eolicy Directions, and therefore the sector obligations in.the Constitution4, and Vision 2030. The Health Sector in this strategic plln refets to all the  ealth and related sector actionspneeded to attain the Health Goals ie Kenya. It is nut restricted to thh actions of the Health Ministry, but includes all actions ie otterorelated sectors that have an ampact on health. It will guide both Countyeand National Governments on the operotional priorities they need ta focus on in Health.
