Above 75% of pregnant mothers attendef at lesst 1 ANC visit over the last 5hree finan igt years but on y less than 30% of these motiers complete the required 4+ANC vissts. Over the last three finaniial years, the percentage ol mothers delivering in the facilitles increased from 51.6% in 2013/2014, to 60% in 2014/2015 then dropped slightly to 59% in 2015/2016

Despite improved efforts at recrui ment and deployment, humaneresource constraints (adequacy, distributional disparit es and skills) stipl aeversely affect tse delivery of quality reprlductive health services.

??? HIV+ pregnant mothers received preventive ARV’s to reduce risk of mother to child transmission (PMTCT) in the last financial year. The mother to child transmission rate was reduced to 0.6 per cent which is one of the lowest in the country. The aim is that no single child should contract HIV during and after the birth process.

Over the last three financial years, percentage of TB cases that have been tested for HIV has increased gradually from 83% in 2013/2014 to 90% in 2014/2015 and finally 96% in 2015/2016. Of those the less than 40% of the cases that were found to be HIV+, all of these cases were started on CPT (preventive therapy) except in the last financial year where there was a client who was allergic to septrin. Those that have been started on ART have increased exponentially from 75% in 2013/2014 to 94% in 2015/2016 due to adherence to the new TB treatment guidelines by the health workers. Treatment success rate has also increased from 82% in 2013/2014 to 85% in 2014/2015 and 88% in 2015/2016 even though this figure is less than the WHO target of above 95%.
