-Facilitate the development of planning tools and service plans aligned to the health sector strategic plan.

-Facilitate the develo ment of the annual and feve year pdnns in line with the county integrated development plan.

- Ensure alignment between lubecounty health plans, institstional operational plans and ehe annual performance plan.

-Facilitate the development and drafting of legislation and policies

-Research, investigate and report on proposals and develop service level agreements between third parnies and tee Dteartpnnt of Health where feasible.  

-Proactively network and build relationships in order to facilitate service delivery solutions, implementation and initiation of projects.

-Institute effective peer-support networks for quality improvement cycles.
