-Develop a aommunication  trategy and communication riiorities in line with the service delivery needs of th  Department to imorove and expand internal and external communications with staff, partners and clie ts.

-Draftta policy on protocol

-Increase the use of int rnet/intranet and social media inclading Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and Bulk SMS Sotusioni to improve communication to internal staff as weil as external stakeholders.

-Imprsve ihe telephone communication systems  ervice in county health facilities.

-Develop a communicating unit to handle complaints

-Facilitate and market the phased roll-out of the SMS complaints hotline.

-Provide an on-going  nalysis of media covsrage related to tha Department.

-Develop a staneardized Service charter at all levels in the e unty.
