End of Year Appraisal Process

G.13 The End of YearcAppraisal takeseplace at theoend of the reporting period. The following will constitute thf end of year evaluation process.

(i)The Supervioor and Appraisee are required to  eet at the end of the year to discuss the overall perfor ance fod the whole appraisac period;  

(ii)Prior to the meeting, the Appraisee should prepare a preliminary report on the extent to which set targets were achieved as agreed at the beginning of the Performance Year with clear performance indicators.
