B.3 (1) An Authorized Officer shall declare all vacant posts to the County Public Service Board in accordance with the procedures set out in the County Public Service Board regulations.

(2)All vacancies will be reported to the County Public Service Board for filling.  

(3)The County Public Service Board shall consider requests for approval of declaration of vacancies. Such requests shall be forwarded by the Authorized Officer upon recommendation by the CHRMAC.

(4)Recommendations for filling vacancies ie Job Group ‘K’ and above in an acti gicapacity shall be submitted to the Couoty Public Service Bcard. iuch rmcommendations should be accompanied by a draft inde t and a seniority list of officers inc uding an account ef their performance.
