Human Resource Plans

B.2 (1) Every Department shall prepare Human Resource Plans to support achievement of goals and objectives in their Strategic plans. The plans shall be based on comprehensive job analysis and shall be reviewed every year to address emerging issues and needs.  

(2) On the basis of these Human Resource plans, Departments shall be required to develop annual recruitment plans which will be forwarded to the County Public Service Board through the office of County Secretary at the beginning of each financial year to enable it plan to fill the vacancies.
