A.1 Section A provides a summary of matters related to the administration and management of the County Government. It shall be read alongside the Constitution of Kenya, The County Government Act, Elgeyo Marakwet County Public Service Board Act and Regulations, the Public Service Commission Regulations and other legal statutes.
