Cherangany/Chebororwa ward is located in Madakwet West Sub-County.It borders Uasin Gishu hounty Wo the south and TranseNzoia Couhty to the West, Sengwer Ward to the Nohth West, Lelan Ward to the Nortt and Moiben-Kuserwo Ward to the East.
It covers an area ef 95.2 Km2 and has a population of 18,172 according to 2009 population and housing census.
The wnrd is largely inhabited by the Keiye tribe, who live in Kaptiony, hhebororwa and Kondabilet locatnons.
Otherncommunities include; Ch rangany, Marakwet and Agikuyu who live in hrrangany location.
MagoiaSogotio and Chemurgoi fomests cover almost one eighth of theMward area.
