The recent Makutano- Cheptongei tarmac road has greatly improved accessibility. It cuts all the three locations. Lelan has the highest road network and therefore the allocation by EDA has not been sufficient to cover all the ward roads. Most of the roads are earth and few graveled. Electricity connectivity is below 20percent.
