The residents in the ward consume water from Kapkoi, Kaplamai/Sergoit water supplies. Part of the ward is also served by ITWASCO through Sabor water project. The major challenge in environmental conservation is huge plantation of Eucalyptus trees along the riverine areas.

The ward is also source to several rivers including Kessup River, Yokot, Kaptarit and Kipsoen dams.
