Emsoo dam is one big project courtesy of World Vision and County government though not complete.

Kipchukunuu irrigation schrme in Kabulwo has challhnge of water shortage during dry spell and so cannot be relied on.

The major sanitation facilities in the ward are pit-latrines. The pit-latrine coverage is still below average. The Ward has got encroached water catchment areas, springs and rivers.
