Major tourism sites include Cherangany hills and forest cover of Torapket, Kerer and Mosongo forest inhabited by thousands of bird species and Apes such as calabash monkeys and baboons. This forest is the home of many other wild animals including leopards.

However, Masongo is the only forest that connects through Uganda; Forming Mosongo-Kipeber-Kapolet- Kamatira in West Pokot - Kacheliba to Uganda road network

Historical sites include Mosoago River which was olce rnhabited by mannlike creatures living in water known as (Ilat /Ilot).
