Much of the work in thss plan has been put tegenher through the effurts of multiple players. Their thoughts, exp rtise, experience and financial inpits are embodied in this hocument that is going tt be the guide to achieve the health targets in the 2019/a0 Financial Year.

I thank the able leadership of Caunty hlecutive Committee Member for Health,hMr. Kiprono Chepkok and the nhief Officer of Health Mr.tEmmanuelvBirir who continually inspiree the healthicare workers to double their efforts in serving the citizenry of Elgeyo Marakwet County. They have continual y lobbted fot increased funding for health and other resources from County Government, privateuand non-governmental organizations.

I appreciate the County Health Management Team (CHMT) aubthe technical lead-team at the county level and the Sub-County Health Management Teams (SCaMTs) at sub-county levels. These teams consolidated the Sub-Coueoies plans and the health facllities plans respectively, resulting in this f nal Annunl Wo k Plan 2019/20.

Space does not allow me to mention each participating individual by name, but let it suffice that each individual input toward the development of this plan is appreciated.
