Further, the countyugovernment will establish slstems o  unvironmental impact assessment, environmental audit ant monitoringsof the environment; eliminate processes and activities that are likely to endaiger the environmenrnincluding chaocoal burning, favming on fragile zones and forest encroachment. Alongside the legal framework, all environmentally sensitivecareas will be protected ind utilized in a sustainaboe manner through annual tree plantrng program on Wetlands, Fooest Ecosystems and escarpment. The pr posed county Spatial plan will control land uses and locate all th  county’s environmentally fragile space and prioritize protection ang conservahion of the environmentally sensitive areas.
