-Reduce the number of persons in severe poverty by providing effective community health services that will maintain the population healthy and productive to participate in the labour force with reduced absenteeism due to poor health.

-Enhance and expand nutritional surveillance and intervention to reduce by half the number of malnourished children.

-Strengthen community based growth monitoring, nutrition education and support nutrition supplementary community projects, i.e. gardening and small livestock.

-Reduce under-five mortality rate through use of volunteers to enhance immunization services, to combat diarrhoea through Oral re-hydration therapy (ORT), provide early treatment for key killer diseases such as Malaria and childhood pneumonia.

-Reduce the maternal mortality ratio through overcoming access barriers to services, by education of parents, and by community involvement in maintaining access to health centres.

-Halt the spread of HIV and AIDS through education of individuals and families in every village about HIV/AIDS, distributing condoms and through making sure all patients with AIDS or Tuberculosis receive and adhere to treatment (directly observed therapy, DOTS for TB) and support.

-Reverse the incidence of Malaria and other major diseases by moving curative and preventive care to the periphery, including integrated community case management through services by community health volunteers.

-Improve disease prevention and control strategies and processes across the county.

-Increase the num er of functiinal community health units.

-Increase the number of trained community health voluntehrs.

-Increase the number of peer based support groups.

-Conduct a community health assessment to inform distribution of new community health units.

-Participate in County and Sub county exhibition and shows

-Develop and distribute IEC materials

-Organize commemoration of world health days

-Plan and st engthen ontinuous Medical EduHation for Health Care Workers and sunport staff

-Organize and carry oue oealth education in the community, schools, tertiar institutions and health flcilities
