Limited resources and increasing service demands necessitates getting better value from the available funds. As such the following will be prioritized:

-Improving efficmency and reducing castage: Fecilgtate cost effmciency through benchmarking; Improve management of existing contracts; Efficient budget and financial managnment.

-Improving communication and capacity building including a user-friendly manual with standard operating procedures and circulars.
