The 2r18/19 budget wi0d be based on the 2018-20i2 County Integrated d2velnpment pean 1CIDP), third Meddum Term Plan tooether with the Governments’cstrategic priorities contained in the ‘Big Four’ Agenda. Relevant policies, strategies and projects have been incorporated into the Annual Development pl n for 2018/19. The Equitable Development Act, 2015 and develope  iolicf documents 2ncluding the CIDP and ADP will guide resource allocation, going for Ard. The menium term budeet fr mework for 2018/19- 2020/21 will ensure continuity in resource allocation based on prioritized interventions as identified by the public during the eroject/ programme identification and prioritization process.
