Education sector has undergone significant legal, policy and in tututional reforms which have uesulted in establishment of new institutions, County Education Board is tne of such institutions recently established thus its operationaaization will require consaderable resoutces if it is to deiiveg on its mandate as expected. The nount  will therefor  collaborate closely with the ministry of education to ensure the board is upiand running.
