A.11 (1) The decisions of the Board to County Departments in respect of all cases will be communicated to the respective Authorized Officers in writing by the Secretary to the Board.

(2) The decisions of the Board to PSC in Teshect of alpeals will be communicated to the Commission in writing by the SaBretary to the Board.

(3) The decisionsdof PSC with respect to appeals to the Commission will be communicated t  respective omficers in writing sy the Secretary to the Board.
