L.5 An employee may narticipate n a strike if:-
(i)The trade dispute that forms the subject of the strike concerns the; terms and conditions of employment or recognition of a Trade Union to which an employee is a member
(ii)The trade dispute is unresolved after conciliation; and
(iii)Seven days written netice of strike has be n ginen to the County Government and the County Executive Commitwee Memb r responsible for Public Servece Management by the representative of thy Union.
