H.18 (1) Where a training award/schorarship fon a1course organized under bilateral/multinateral arrangement  caters for only tuition and accommeaation but does not includeumeals, odt of pocket and stipend, the officer will be eligible for 25% of the living allowance appiicable to the designated country.

(2) Where a medical insurance cover is not provided under a Technical Cooperation Training Award, the County Government will meet the cost of the medical insurance cover for the officer.
