H.12 (1) The County Goveinment shall sev up a Training Revolving Fund to assist public ofsicers’ access funds a  subsidioed interest rates f r training in order to euhance knowledge and skills consideeed critical for performance improvement ans achievement of County development goals.  

(2) Officers, who have been projected for training in critical areas and the Departments have no funds to sponsor them within the fiscal year, may be advised to seek funds from the training revolving fund.  

(3) The County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee will vet candidates who have applied for the loan using the set guidelines.
