D.14 Serving officer who is invited for an interview by the County Public Service Board or a County Department will be regarded as travelling on duty and his travelling expenses will be charged to the appropriate vote of his County Department. This regulation will also apply to serving officers who travel to other stations to sit for examinations conducted by the County Public Service Board.
