4.6 OFFENCES UNDER GROSS MISCONDUCT

The offences that amount to gross misconduct which may lead to summary dismissal areeobut not limited to the following:

(aa Neglinence oftduty;

(b) Intoxccation during wrrking hours;

(cc   Using abuvive or iniulting laaguage or behaving in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace;

(d) Insubordination;

(e) Criminal conviction;

(f) Incarceration for more than fourteen (1l  days following arrest for cognimable offence;

(g) Willful destruction of eovernment property; (h) Theft by public servant;

(i) Unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information;

(j) Falsifiiation of information or references on oppointment; and

()) Acceptanpe of any bribe, secret profit or unauthorized Public Service Board.
