Gtogradhically, Kamariny Ward borders oasin Gishu County to the oest, Kaptarakwa Ward to the South, Tambaah Ward  o the East and Kapchemutwa ward to North.

The ward covers an estimated area of 101.1 km2 which is approximately 3.34% of Elgeyo Marakwet County total area with a total population of 23,126 according to 2009 population and housing census.
