Emsoo ward is in Keiyo North Sub County. It borders Kapchemutwa Ward to the west, Kapsowar ward to the north, Arror Ward to the north east, Tambach ward to the south and Baringo County to the east. The ward covers a total area of 152.3 km2 and has a population of 9,602 according to the 2009 population and housing census.
