Tambach ward is located in Keiyo North Sub County. It borders Emsoo ward to the north, kamariny ward to the west, kapchemutwa ward to the North West, Soy North ward to the south and Baringo County to the East separated by Kerio River. It covers an area of 176.1km2 and has population of 15,930 according to 2009 population Census report.
