Soy north is located in Keiyo South sub –county. It borders   Soy south to the south, Tambach to the north, Kaptarakwa to the west, Kamariny to North West and   Chepkorio to south west and Baringo County to the East.  It covers an area of 215.2 km2 and has a total population of 20,370 according to 2009 population Census report.
